To get start warranty or repair request, please fill out our contact form (and choose the Warranty and Repairs option) and we'll get the process started for you. Please be sure to include your original order number, a description of the problem, and a picture of the affected area if possible.
*Items must be clean, free of fragrance and fully dried before sending in. Items that are not clean or not fully dried will be subject to being mailed back. We will contact you upon receiving your garment, if more information is required regarding your item and we do not hear back within 30-days of initial contact your item is subject to being mailed back.
