How long does it take to get my order?
I can take as little as 2 weeks to get a custom order, here are some guidelines that affect delivery date and lead times:
- If starting on a new design, we ask that you allow up to 2 weeks to design your garment.
- Allow 2-6 weeks for production depending on the type of garments ordered, and our production schedule availability. We do ask that you book a production slot ahead of time, so we can make sure to hit any hard deadlines you may have.
- If using our online team ordering system, we recommend you allow 2 weeks to collect your order.
- We allow produce on demand with two week shipping for re-orders. Ask your account manager for additional details.
How do I make sure my artwork and colors are what I’m expecting?
For our Full Custom process we utilize both digital proofs that we send via email and then fabric proofs for you to approve final colors. All of this is standard service with no additional fees. For custom express we only provide digital proofs due to the shorter turnaround time.
Can I see samples of your product before committing?
Absolutely, we have both sizing samples on hand, and try me samples that can be sent out to a select group for decision making purposes. We know how important it is to order the right garments for your group, so we have samples ready to send off.
What are your order / product minimums
For orders using Custom Express there are no minimums, but you have a limited product catalog to choose from. For our Full Custom process we require a minimum order of 15 total units. For example 5 men's Classic Jerseys, 3 women's Classic Jerseys, 3 Men's Wind Vests, and 5 men's Pro bibs would be 16 total units and would meet order minimums and qualify for the 15 unit price break.
There are specific garments that do have minimums, for example Heat transfer bottoms require 5 units, and reflective vests require 15 units. For custom online stores we will setup the number of garment options allowed based on your expected order volume, the more units you order the more garment options allowed.
If you don't meet the 15 unit minimum we will contact you and discuss the following options: cancel the order, promote the order more / leave the order open longer, and allow the order to proceed with an increased $ amt per item.
How many garment types can I have on my online order?
The more garment types you have available on an order creates more work for the setup and production of your garments, and also can create too many choices for your group, which creates confusion and difficulty ordering. Therefore we do have garment type minimums based on your expected order size. Reach out to us at sales@voler.com, or your account manager for additional details about online order garment type setups.
Orders under 15 units through our Custom Express Program
Orders with 15 to 25 expected units can have an online store with up to 8 garment types
Orders with 25 to 49 units can have an online store with up to 12 garment types
Order of 49-99 units can have an online store with up to 18 garment types
Orders with 100+ units have no restrictions on garment types
What if I have multiple colorways?
Each colorway is considered its own individual project and, as such, will need to meet our 15-piece minimum requirement per design.
Where are these garments manufactured? How do I know my garments are sustainably made?
All Voler garments with few exceptions are made in the USA, in our own California factory. We are mandated by the state of California to have a much higher standard than our competitors who's garments are produced overseas. What type of jerseys do you offer? Do you sell shorts, or vests?
Yes, we sell all types of cycling apparel. Our Full Custom program offers our entire catalog of jerseys, bottoms, accessories, and outerwear. How much does it cost? Are there any hidden costs?
Pricing is up front, we estimate the total number of units and then provide a set price for your project(s). The only additional costs to you are sales tax and shipping if applicable.
Many of our competitors have additional fees for design work, online order, order minimum / garment setup, etc. Make sure you know what fees you are being charged before making a final apparel provider decision.

What’s the best way to submit my order? Is there a team ordering store?
Most clubs / teams use our online team store to collect orders. This allows us to collect payment and shipping details from each individual. We provide this service free of charge. You can also send us your order with size / quantities via email or purchase order.
I’m planning on reselling the garments, do you have a wholesale program?
Yes, we have stock wholesale garments / pricing and a custom wholesale program too. The minimums are higher for wholesale orders, but the pricing is better.
What are my shipping options?
For our online team stores: we allow both indi-ship where we ship to individuals, as well as auto-pack where we organize your order into bags labeled by individual (good for handing out apparel at a mandatory meeting). Wholesale orders typically ship bulk with the order organized by garments / size for easy stocking.
Who is my point of contact at Voler for my order?
You'll be assigned to an account manager who will guide you through the ordering process, and help you choose what products to offer. You'll also work directly with a designer in our art department.
Can I use my team ordering store to fundraise for my club / event?
Yes, there are a variety of ways to handle this. Talk to an account manager about your specific needs and we’ll come up with a solution for you.
Can Custom Items be Returned?
No, we do not accept returns on custom garments, but we do allow size exchanges for a fee. We recommend you try on a similar garment prior to ordering by having your group request sizing samples, or ordering a stock item from store.voler.com.
I adjusted my online order, how do I get refunded?
We reconcile online order once they have closed, at that time you will be refunded for any adjustments made to your order. If you would like to be refunded prior to shut-off date, or need help adjusting your order, please reach out to us at sales@voler.com and we'll take care of you.
