STANDARD RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We offer 30-day free returns on all retail products for US orders, and 30-day returns less cost of shipping for Canada orders, excluding Custom, Custom Express, and products marked as 'Non-returnable' or 'Final Sale' at time of purchase (Water Bottles, Mystery Items, etc.)*. For returns between 31-90 days, a $10 flat handling fee is assessed for each return on all orders.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges within 90 days on all retail products for U.S. orders, excluding Custom, Custom Express, and items marked as Non-returnable or Final Sale at the time of purchase (such as water bottles and mystery items). Please note that submitting an exchange does not guarantee availability once your return is received. To secure the item you want, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order right away. If you used a discount code on your original purchase and would like it applied to your replacement order, contact customer support and they’ll provide a new code.
Online exchanges are only available for the same SKU. To see your exchange options, follow the steps below to start the process. If needed, you can back out of the exchange and return the item instead.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Start a Return or Exchange by going here:
- Pack the clean, dry items in original packaging, if possible. You can turn the shipping package from your original shipment inside out and use it for your return package.

Make sure to include the packing slip generated from your return/exchange request inside your package. If this is not included, we may not be able to process your request.
*Important: This is NOT the pick ticket that you received with your order. It is a separate document that is only created once you have submitted your return request online. Please ensure that you have included the correct form in your return shipment so that we can process your request.
- Apply the pre-paid label to the outside of your package with clear tape. Please ensure that the information outlined in red in the picture below is visible and complete.
- Leave the package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail (at home or at work), or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week of receipt. Please allow 2 weeks from the day we receive your package for us to process your return before requesting a status update. You will be notified by email when your refund or exchange has been processed.

*Customized products cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the products. Art proofs require customer approval before receiving an order confirmation or proceeding to production.
